Mike Neale is a management professional with more than 25 years of experience in organizational transformation and acceleration. Prior to his role as founder of FIsophe, he served as the CIO of American State Bank & Trust Co., CIO of Card Compliant, a compliance specialty company serving the prepaid and stored value card industry, as Senior Director of Business Operations for the Internet Solutions Division of Jack Henry & Associates and as CEO of Mid-Missouri Tech Center providing IT and data processing services to community financial institutions. During this time Mr. Neale served on customer advisory boards for Jack Henry Banking and Q2 Online Banking Software. Prior to these and other roles in the financial industry, Mr. Neale served as the product manager for Electronic Courseware Systems which specialized in the development of instructional and training software whose clients included Time Warner, Baldwin Piano Co., and the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
